Storii helps parents create narration voices and save stories for the family. Accounts and actions like recording, content creation, and purchasing plans are managed by an adult.

Data Used to Provide the Service

When signing in with Apple or Google, Storii receives the account ID, name, and email you allow to share. The app saves voice recordings, voice names, voice preferences, story suggestions, story content, cover images, and narrations you create. Some narrations are stored on the device for replay.

Storii uses Firebase for authentication, data storage, and task processing. Recordings and text-to-read content are sent to ElevenLabs to generate voice and audio. Suggestions and story content are sent to OpenAI when you request to write a story or create a cover image. Recording only happens when you actively use the recording feature and grant microphone permission.

Technical Data and Login Services

Authentication and payment SDKs may process user IDs, device IDs, usage information, transactions, and diagnostic data to operate, protect, and analyze the service. The Google Sign-In SDK states it may process name, email, phone number, approximate location, and related technical data. Storii does not request location permissions and has no forms to collect phone numbers; data scope depends on the login service account and your usage.

Storii does not use this data to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Payments and credits

Apple handles payments. RevenueCat receives Storii account IDs and transaction information to verify, restore, and manage subscriptions. Storii stores credit grant, reservation, and usage history to sync balances and prevent duplicate transactions. Storii does not receive your payment card numbers.

Invites and rewards

When you enter an invite code, Storii stores the referral link and credit reward history to credit the inviter. Inviters only see the number of invites and credits received, not your email. Storii stores hashed normalized emails and provider login codes to prevent self-inviting or duplicate reward registrations. Anti-duplication keys and reward reconciliation codes may remain after account deletion to protect balances and handle refunds. Storii does not read contacts; invitations are only shared if you actively choose to share.

Data management and deletion

You can delete voices or narrations in the app and request account deletion in the Account section. Deletion removes account data on the server and linked voices from the voice creation service. Transaction reconciliation codes and deletion logs may be kept to prevent restoration or duplicate credit grants. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple account.

Content about children

Parents decide the content entered and manage app usage. Do not enter sensitive or unnecessary child information into story suggestions. Only use voice recordings you have rights to use.
